All domestic orders will be shipped via express delivery within up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), with door-to-door courier service. Please make sure to include any delivery instructions during checkout.
International shipping is handled via FedEx express, with delivery estimated within up to 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose standard international mail, which takes up to one month.
Jewelry production time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order. Each product page specifies the status. Made-to-order items require approximately 4–5 business weeks for production, after which shipping times apply based on the chosen delivery method.
If the item is ready to ship, it will be dispatched within up to 5 business days from the time of payment. Delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method.
Jewelry Warranty
If you receive a piece of jewelry with a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you promptly.
Sterling silver and gold-plated jewelry come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. After this period, repairs may incur a symbolic fee, depending on the specific condition of the item. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
Solid gold jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not apply if care instructions were not followed. Additionally, the warranty does not cover lost diamonds or gemstones. However, renewal or repair services are available for a production-based fee.
For any issues, customers must contact us via email or Instagram. Jewelry must be delivered in person or shipped to us at the customer's expense. The brand does not cover shipping costs for repairs (both ways), unless a specific case of shipping-related damage is confirmed and approved.
Jewelry repair time takes up to 5 weeks, not including Saturdays, holidays, or any unforeseen emergencies. This does not include return shipping time.
Repair Policy
The customer is responsible for delivering the jewelry for repair. Please note that delays in repairs may occur.
Payment for the repair must be made in advance, based on the specific repair needed.
Repair work and return shipping will not begin until payment has been completed.
Returns & Exchanges
For custom made jewelry (clearly marked as made-to-order), exchanges are possible within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
For gold or diamond jewelry, no refunds are offered. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand-new, unworn condition.
In special cases where a jewelry item does not fit or is unsuitable for any reason, please contact us via email. For in-stock items (not made-to-order), a cancellation may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact our team via email or Instagram. You may exchange an item of equal value or pay the difference to upgrade to a different item.
Ring Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong ring size don’t worry! We offer one free ring size exchange, provided you contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Ring size can vary due to seasonal or physical changes, and we cannot take responsibility for sizing changes that occur after the order has been placed.
We do not resize existing rings. In the case of gold-plated or silver rings, resizing requires a full remake of the ring.
For solid gold rings, resizing is not possible at all.
