Pick up – leave your full details – we can set a meeting beforehand (ready to order jewels- day after placing the order)
Special orders, and every order that isn’t ready beforehand takes from 7-14 days until it’s ready. And after that we set a pick up meeting or be shipped to you right after the jewel is ready.
Most jewelry is not ready in advance so it may take from the moment of order until arrival to the customer between two weeks and a month depending on the location, country and method of delivery.

Replacement of jewelry under the responsibility of the customer, please send an email stating the reason for the replacement – Replacement of jewelry will be in an appointment by prior arrangement, sending to the address paid by the customer.
The replacement will cost 5% of the total cost of the jewelry paid to cover a previous cost of commission and shipping.
